<h4>Zillow research reveals most buyers say energy-efficient features are important</h4>
<p>Homes with solar energy systems fitted sell for 4.1% more according to Zillow.</p><p><br/></p><p>Its research has found that 80% of homebuyers say energy-efficient features are important and revealed the premium paid for homes with solar energy systems nationwide over the past year.</p><p><br/></p><p>“Homes with solar-energy systems often sell for more than comparable homes without solar power.
